2-row on bench
3-squat & swing
4-demonic planks
5-1-foot balance on BOSU
6-ab twist on BOSU
7-Push-ups
8-180 degree jump on BOSU
9-arabesque
10-superman on BOSU
11-side plank
12-clamshells
Workout #2
  1. BOSU crossover squats
  2. Hip slides (keep chest still)
  3. bicep curl & step-back lunges
  4. down down up up
  5. hop on 1 foot
  6. knee-ins on BOSU (knee to opposite shoulder)
  7. skull crushers
  8. ab twist on floor or bosu
  9. shoulder squeeze
  10. sumo burpee
  11. 1-arm row
  12. supermans
  13. chest press (1 at a time till you get 2 weights)
  14. plank squares
