8-180 degree jump on BOSU
9-arabesque/flying camel
10-superman on BOSU
11-side plank
12-clamshells

14-back lunge on ball
15-squat and press
16-skull crushers

Workout #2
  1. BOSU crossover squats
  2. Hip slides (keep chest still)
  3. bicep curl & step-back lunges
  4. down down up up
  5. hop on 1 foot
  6. knee-ins on BOSU (knee to opposite shoulder)
  7. skull crushers
  8. ab twist on floor or bosu
  9. shoulder squeeze
  10. sumo burpee
  11. 1-arm row
  12. supermans
  13. chest press 
  14. handoffs
Workout #3
  1. side lunge onto bosu
  2. concentration curls
  3. demonic planks
  4. 1-arm shoulder press
  5. 1-leg wall squat against ball
  6. tricep push-ups
  7. bosu sit kick plant jump
  8. kickbacks
  9. max height jumps
  10. bosu twist supermans
  11. 1-arm chest press
  12. 1-arm row (self-stabilizing)
